This month's Team Spotlight is shining on our new Operations Manager - Terri Radcliffe
When did you join the Earn Extra team?
Only recently, 4th July 2016

Please describe the job roles you have held within Earn Extra from starting to present day.
As I am new to this role I'm spending time working my way through all the different aspects of Earn Extra and the various roles.

How does your current role contribute to the success of Earn Extra? What are your main job responsibilities?
My main responsibilities are pensions, collating HMRC audit information, reviewing and managing the internal process, and producing user guides.

Describe your typical working day at Earn Extra.
Every day is very different, I have my key tasks to deliver, but providing support to our employees, contractors and the administration team is my priority.  

What is the one thing Earn Extra customers value most about you?
My ability to problem-solve and my friendly telephone manner.

If you were a kitchen utensil what would it be? And why?
Fork – I enjoy cooking and eating!

Who do you admire, past and present, in the sector(s) in which Earn Extra operates (suppliers, agencies, colleagues, competitors, etc)?
It has to be Sharon and John - Earn Extra's co-founders and directors.  I admire them for their industry expertise and ability to deliver a specialised service in a very complex environment.

Tell us one thing people may not be aware of about you (that you don’t mind us telling the world outside Earn Extra!)
I'm training for the 2017 Norway half marathon.
